Claims Resolution Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for resolving provider claims issues through effective communication and problem-solving.

You will analyze systems, collaborate with operational areas and provider billing teams to address claim issues. Your strong research skills, attention to detail, excellent time-management skills and experience in customer service or clerical roles related to claims are essential assets.

Fulfilling Requirements:

• Resolve complex claims disputes through timely intervention
• Analyze system discrepancies and implement corrective measures as necessary

Prioritizing Skills:

 
1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience equivalent is required.
 
2. A minimum of two years’ experience working in healthcare-related positions preferably within insurance companies is highly preferred but not mandatory;
