Job Description:
Our team seeks a Senior Application Security Engineer with extensive experience in product security and expertise in web security, applied cryptography, software security vulnerabilities, and IAM solutions including federation.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary technical security resource for product development.
Conduct design reviews and technical security assessments to enhance product security.
Implement security best practices and standards across engineering teams and environments.
Perform code reviews using a combination of static testing, manual reviews, and dynamic analysis.
Drive threat modeling, risk decisions, and influence technical designs.
Engage with developers to initiate and support remediation efforts.
Review security of new services and features.
Develop tools to simplify and automate Vulnerability Management processes.
Provide engineering designs to mitigate security vulnerabilities in new software solutions.
Design and implement tooling and automation for application security in CI/CD pipelines.
Stay updated with latest tools and industry practices for software security.
Advocate for security culture and educate colleagues across the company.
Requirements:
Experience in application security with a focus on identity is essential.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Network Security, or related field preferred.10+ years of related industry experience.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging issues.
Strong technical writing skills and project/program management experience.
Industry certifications such as OSCP, CCSP, SSCP, CISSP are desirable.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
