    Mechanical Designer

    Mechanical Designer Job Description:


    We are seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as a Mechanical Designer / Engineer / Technician.

    In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and manufacturing of our cutting-edge vacuum furnaces and processing equipment.

    Mechanical Designer RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering
    Perform CAD (SolidWorks) to create mechanical drawings for machining, fabrication, and assembly.
    Develop bill of materials and specify materials for ordering.
    Possess a solid mechanical background with the ability to perform relatively simple calculations for estimating loading and stresses.
    Understand materials, including metals, plastics, and ceramics.
    Assist in the first production testing and commissioning of new products.
    Travel domestically and internationally as required.

    Mechanical Designer Key SkillsProficiency in CAD (SOLIDWORKS)
    Mechanical Design Expertise
    Familiarity with Refractory Materials Knowledge
    Control System Knowledge (Relay, PLC, and Wiring)
    Hands-on Mechanical Ability
