- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards (such as Indeed), social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with potential candidates through personalized and effective communication.
- Assess candidate interest, availability, and suitability for specific job openings.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to gather specific job requirements and refine candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Tracking candidates and positions in the ATS by taking ownership and accountability for your requisitions to ensure all applicants are correctly dispositioned in the ATS and in accordance with local compliance requirements.
- Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced and high volume recruiting environment
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree desired
- Experience with recruiting/sourcing positions for manufacturing
- Expertise with Internet and job board sourcing
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Strong customer service orientation skills
- Consultative approach to recruiting operations
