- Plan, assign, and supervise duties for optimal patient safety and departmental efficiency.
- Prioritize admissions based on patient needs and facility capacity.
- Show expertise in milieu management to create a conducive environment for patients.
- Utilize clinical assessment and interventions knowledge effectively with patients.
- Collaborate with the business office for timely financial counseling for patients.
- Offer guidance to staff, fostering trust, respect, and teamwork.
- Ensure completion of EMTALA logs, if applicable, for each patient.
- Act as a preceptor during staff training for new team members.
- Report challenges promptly to the Admissions Operations Coordinator.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Address and resolve complaints swiftly to ensure patient satisfaction.
