    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team. As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

    You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, drafting, estimating, and quality control.

    Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    Manage subcontractors and ensure that they adhere to project specifications and timelines.

    Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

    Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.

    Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.

    Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

    Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

    Provide leadership and direction to project team members, including foremen, laborers, and other construction personnel.


    Foster a culture of safety on the job site and enforce company policies and procedures related to health and safety.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).


    Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

    Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

    Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and communicate with clients and subcontractors.

    Proven ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD).

    Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
