    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations and support overall service excellence in a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant environment.

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead daily FOH operations ensuring fast friendly consistent service during all shifts. Maintain floor presence greeting guests resolving issues driving hospitality-first culture.
    • Manage reservations/waitlist flow seating strategy and service pacing to optimize guest experience revenue Monitor food beverage presentation timing partnership BOH bar leadership Ensure compliance health safety alcohol service regulations People Leadership Recruit onboard train coach schedule FOH team members hosts servers bartenders support Set clear performance expectations run pre-shifts ongoing training refreshers Handle performance management conflict resolution disciplinary actions as needed Build positive accountable team culture with high standards low turnover Financial Administrative Create labor schedules aligned sales forecasts targets Track labor cost overtime productivity adjust real-time volume Support inventory controls supplies beverage oversight applicable waste reduction loss prevention Assist cash handling procedures comps/voids end-day reporting Contribute local marketing initiatives events guest recovery strategies Guest Experience Standards Maintain cleanliness presentation standards across FOH restrooms entry dining areas Consistent execution policies steps brand standards Respond guest feedback professionally promptly turn issues loyalty opportunities What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Service execution smoother peak-period operations Improved FOH training consistency shift leadership coverage Stronger labor discipline compromising guest experience Positive feedback trends reduced escalations/complaints Required Experience Skills Years restaurant leadership Hospitality Manager / Assistant GM ideally high-volume Knowledge of :Staffing Scheduling Labor Management Coaching standard building morale Calm pressure excellent recovery problem-solving POS reservation systems basic reporting sales/labor/comps void Preferred Beverage program exposure beer/cocktails/wine bar familiarity Events promotions community-driven marketing Certification responsible alcohol service willingness obtain quickly Schedule Work Environment Flexible evenings weekends holidays peak-service times Hands-on role prolonged standing active floor leadership Compensation Benefits Competitive base salary performance bonus potential shared process Benefits perks depending final offer package Powered by JazzHR
