Job Description :

This mechanic maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures and structural components of mode
difficulty, maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components, applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies required expertise in restoring equipment condition and or operation, and applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve mode to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures' manuals.

The mechanic will be required to access aircraft data via computer systems and initiate on-line parts and discrepancy requests.

This individual must be able to perform teardown, inspection, build-up and test of assemblies and sub-assemblies on various components associated with the AH-64D Longbow Apache.

Perform all maintenance and repair tasks within the budgeted hours and scheduled time allotted for completion.

Clearly and precisely document all maintenance and repair actions using electronic or written means.

Able to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, etc.


Required Skill Set :
Perform mode
ly difficult mechanical tasks, Solve mode problems, Able to use computer to navigate to different programs.


Desired Skills Set :
Extensive mechanical skills, Aircraft experience, A&P License.


Education Qualification :
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
