    What You'll Do

    As the Valet Attendant, your primary responsibility is to create a lasting impression on guests as they enter and exit the hotel. Your interactions with guests should reflect professionalism, warmth, and helpfulness, adhering to the "Five Hospitality Standards" - eye contact, smile, greeting, conversation, and using the guest's name. Additionally, you will assist guests with their belongings, coordinate transportation as needed, and provide general hotel information.

    Some of your responsibilities include:

    • Greet all arriving guests.
    • Efficiently assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
    • Hail cabs and address queries.
    • Offer guests hotel information upon entering their rooms.
    • Aid guests with luggage when arranging transportation.
    • Maintain cleanliness and assist guests in the lobby area.
    • Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
    • Handle lost and found items with proper documentation.
    • Adapt as a doorperson when necessary.
    • Deliver various items to guests' rooms.
    • Keep the designated "white zone" clear for guest arrivals and emergencies.
    • Notify guests about deliveries or visitors via phone.

    What You Bring

    • Preferably a High School Diploma.
    • Minimum of 1 year in customer service or a related position.
    • Basic writing and professional communication skills.
    • A clean driving record.
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
