Job summary
Missouri's Animal Care Facilities Act (ACFA) Program regulates breeders, dealers, boarders, shelters,
and pet shops to ensure that they meet state standards which protect animals, promote good health and husbandry,
and protect the public interest. Employees have a passion for the health and welfare of animals and also ensuring those facilities which are licensed meet standards which are specified under the Animal Care Facilities Act and the rules promulgated in the Code of State Regulations.
