    The Team:

    The Internal Control department enhances the company's operations by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and processes. The team oversees the internal controls in boutiques, corporate offices and distribution and service center.

    The Opportunity:

    This position will add value to the company's operations by supporting the Internal Control team to perform quality reporting, conduct cycle counts, and help to resolve inventory issues. The primary goal of the internal control department is to minimize risks and protect assets, ensure accuracy of records, promote operational efficiency and encourage adherence to policies, rules, regulations.

    About the Role:
    • Work with Inventory Control team on resolving Inventory Issues / Questions to support Retail stores & Distribution Center
    • Reporting Inventory statistics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to Senior Management
    • Assist in coordinating inventory / cycle count schedules for the stores
    • Travel to stores for conducting physical inventories - approx. 50% travel during the year
    • Reporting on Shrink, Damages, Known loss for stores and the impact on inventory
    • Analyze Retail / Wholesale special movements on a monthly basis and prepare analysis for Finance and Accounting teams to book to P&L
    • KPI reporting of key statistics related to shrink and loss for the company
    • Should be able to multitask, as this is a fast-paced role
    • Should be flexible with tasks, scheduling etc.
    • Updating inventory costs in Cegid for cycle counts / inventories only (System that Hermes uses) - (Restricted access only for permanent employees)
    • Compiling data and reports for PWC Audits on a quarterly and annual basis
    • Should have experience in Inventory Control.
    • Communicate daily with field (stores / Regional VP's) on inventory questions, issues etc.

    About You:
    • Minimum Years of Experience
      • At least 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Control role
      • 3+ years retail experience is preferable
    Skills:
    • Intermediate Excel skills
    • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
    • Ability to effectively analyze information.
    • Ability to problem solve.
    • Ability to multitask with accuracy.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to follow both written and verbal policies and directives.
    • Experienced with technology to fully utilize internal systems (Cegid)
    The range for this position is $60,519.00 to $81,879.00 annually. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
