In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and drive customer learning programs that support their onboarding and advanced usage of our innovative platform. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring that users achieve key milestones, leading to enhanced adoption and retention of the product. The ideal candidate will blend content planning and pedagogical design to create impactful educational experiences that resonate with users from first login through advanced workflows. By establishing clear processes and metrics, you will enable teams to empower customers and gather valuable insights to inform continuous improvement. This is a unique chance to influence how customers interact with the platform on a global scale.

Accountabilities

• Help drive the company's customer education strategy by creating structured curricula.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of engaging education content across formats.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align education initiatives with product launches.
• Establish metrics for activation, usage, and retention; analyze performance continuously.
• Project manage content development efforts across various teams.
• Facilitate collaborative efforts to enhance customer engagement and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, or instructional design.
• Strong organizational skills with a knack for building scalable systems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high product velocity.
• Experience in creating systems for content intake and distribution.
• Hands-on experience with Figma or similar technologies is preferred.
