Responsibilities

Opening and closing reception area
Greeting and signing-in visitors
Maintaining office security by controlling access and following safety procedures
Answering, screening and directing calls
Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
Stocking supplies in break areas and conference rooms
Checking stock of office supplies
Filing paperwork
Scanning documents
