We are hiring a Recruiting Specialist

to join the team of the Sioux Falls, Express Employment Professionals team. Express Employment is a top 5 Staffing Agency in North America, servicing over 45K customers and 500K employees annually.

In this role one will support the Employment Specialists/Recruiters in the execution of their recruiting plans for client employment needs


Responsibilities include:
1) Management of job postings to solicit active job seeking applications, 2) perform candidate recruiting of qualified non-active/passive candidates, 3) perform initial applicant screening, 4) communicate applicant status, conducting phone interviews for qualifying applicants, 5) schedule onboarding and job discussions with Employment Specialists/Recruiters, and 6) perform other administrative duties.

Qualified candidates will possess; 1) a High Scholl diploma or GED, relevant advance education is preferred, 2) 2+ years of relevant experience, 3) strong computer and communication skills, 4) a competitive nature individually and as a team member, and 5) highly efficient at time management and multi-tasking/organization.

This job offers a flexible work schedule between 7:30 AM and 5 PM, Monday thru Friday, compensation includes a base wage plus a strong performance-based incentive plan.
