How You'll Transform Patient Care - Oversee and recruit for a growing team of Pediatric Hospital Medicine Physicians providing care in a community based setting.
- Enhance the clinical, educational, academic, and service activities within the Division.
- Support the strategic goals of the Division as well as ensure that divisional goals are well-aligned with departmental and institutional goals.
- Support faculty development activities and encourage faculty to take advantage of various opportunities locally, regionally and nationally.
Who you are - Board Certified in Pediatrics, with Board Eligibility/Certification in Pediatric Hospital Medicine preferred.
- You are passionate about delivering hospital-based care to neonatal and pediatric populations within a community setting. Comfort and ability to support hospitalists in everything from delivery room management to emergency room consults is ideal.
- You have a vision for the development of a group of passionate community-based hospitalists.
- You support and encourage strong working relationships with the site directors at each of the network hospitals.
- You have prior experience in personnel oversight, with strong interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a system with a growth mindset.
