    Position Summary:


    The primary function of a Supply Chain Planner - eStore SCM Operations analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to weekly inventory inbound schedules.

    A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing Sellout and AP1 forecasts by product at the SKU level while managing optimal inventory levels to support eStore sales.


    Responsibilities:
    Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
    Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements and priorities.
    Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
    Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

    Daily/Weekly monitoring and updating of Sellout and Supply forecasting by Product/model levelLead Weekly Consensus Calls with e-commerce and Product Marketing Teams.

    Managing optimal inventory levels at the site level, aging inventory and WoS tracking, stock-out management, new product launch analysis, and risk assessment.

    Monitor weekly STO status (end-to-end) with the Demand Fulfillment, E-commerce, Business, and HQ teams.


    KPI & Reporting:

    Weekly / Monthly KPI tracking, reporting and analysisRequirements:Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, SCM, Finance, or similar2-3 years work experience in a relevant fieldExcellent Analytical, Communication and Computer SkillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordSAP, NERP, and Forecasting System experience are helpful.

    Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)Korean language skills for global operations are not required, but they are helpful.
    Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building with Senior Management, including at the Executive level.
