Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A staffing opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to provide essential pharmacy services on a per diem basis. This position requires flexibility to travel and is scheduled for a 10-day assignment in October in Harrisville, NY, with specific dates to be confirmed based on availability.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Day Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM
• Weekends off

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Provide patient counseling to educate and assist patients with their medication therapy

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Pharmacist license in good standing
• Experience as a Staff Pharmacist with strong attention to detail and patient care skills

This role offers a competitive salary range of $55 to $62 per hour for the specified assignment period. Candidates should be flexible with travel arrangements and prepared to work during weekdays with weekends off.
