- Assist with engineering risk management processes to identify, quantify, and characterize C2BMC risks. Represent MDA/BC position in risk management meetings and activities
- Maintain familiarity with agency failure review processes and support emergent test and operational issue investigation/resolution such as FRBs (process, coordination and technical assessments).
- Provide systems engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements. Provide integrated technical risk assessments for flight test, technical, variance, cyber, and programmatic risks to inform C2BMC participation/performance requirements for flight test, ETRs, OCB, or Technical Capability Declaration (TCD) decisions
- Develop and update systems engineering plans, processes, and procedures for C2BMC multi-spiral applications. Maintain and update the MDA/BC Chief Engineer Weekly Status Report. Review and assess Prepare data and information for documents including risk management plans and internal /external ICD management plans.
- US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance
- 7+ years of experience required
- Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
- Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
- Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
