- Data entry: Collect and enter data into tracking systems for incident investigations, hazard reports, audits, etc.
- Metrics tracking and communication: Use database and spreadsheet software to export, modify, update, and create reports for HSSE performance tracking.
- Training completion tracking: Maintain and communicate periodic training requirements per the HSSE training matrix.
- Track completion of training in database or spreadsheet format.
- Includes tracking of employment status and updating appropriate tracking systems.
- Authorized employee training: Track completion of and issue certificates or licenses for authorized training such as powered industrial trucks, confined space entry, hazardous materials handling etc.
- Safe work permits: Collect, review, and maintain safe work permits such as for confined space or hot work.
- Document updating: With information provided by the HSSE team or supervisors/managers, update training or procedures and add to the document control system.
- May include posting physical copies in the plant.
- May include updating of activity-based risk assessments.
- May include one or two page safety alert documents.
- Will include use of Sharepoint.
- Maintain stock of HSSE equipment inspection booklets.
- Events: Assist with planning and execution of HSSE related events such as a blood drive, Flu-shot clinic, or annual hearing testing.
- Contractor management: Assist with tracking and maintaining records for contractor (construction worker, not temporary employees) qualifications.
- Security: Maintain security badge access system and issue security badges.
- Powered industrial truck impact monitoring: Maintain and use powered industrial truck impact monitoring system to generate and communicate impact reports.
- Chemical labelling: Create and distribute proper chemical labels.
- HS/GED Diploma or equivalent.
- Associates Degree Preferred; but not required.
- 1+ experience with office administrative support.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Candidate will be doing Data Tracking with Excel Documents.
- General Admin experience.
