St. Patricks Manor is a Faith-Based, nonprofit, short and long-term care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters. St. Patricks Manor is a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home its residents. Located on lush, lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike.

We are seeking to fill the position of **Cook.**

**** Schedule: Full-Time; 5:30am to 1:30pm ****

**Cook Job Summary:**

Handle and prepare food in accordance with federal, state and local sanitary regulations.

Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.

Meet time schedules for serving of meals and snacks.

Ensure food items are prepared, cooled and stored in adherence to corporate, local, state and federal guidelines.

Supervise and set up steam table for Main Dining Room and trayline meal service to facilitate organized, speedy and sanitary delivery of meals.

Check outgoing food for proper amounts, types and quality of food.

Properly care for dietary equipment.

Maintain compliance with OSHA, Department of Public Health and Board of Health Standards.

**Cook Qualifications:**

Experience in a healthcare food service preferred.

**Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.**

Must be able to follow production sheets and standardized recipes.

Basic knowledge of therapeutic diets.
