    (Chicago/Hybrid) The Salesforce Administrator will work to design and implement solutions for the organization by leveraging Salesforce functionality, flow, and other process automation tools. In this position, the Salesforce Administrator is the subject matter expert for the organization and will lead the development of new enhancements, operations, and production support for the platform. Durning the implementation phase, the Salesforce Administrator will serve as the internal technical resource, working with the implementation partner and the internal Fellowshp technical team. This position is based in our downtown Chicago headquarters with a hybrid work schedule of office and remote days each week.
    We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent education and related experience. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator.


    Additional experience including:
    3 or more years of experience in the Salesforce Service Cloud, 3 or more years of experience in Salesforce User Management, 2 or more years of experience in Data Analysis using Salesforce Dashboards and Reports, 2 or more years of experience using Salesforce Lightning, 2 or more years of experience installing and configuring packages from AppExchange, 1 or more years of experience in Process Automation using Salesforce Flow, 1 or years of experience using Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)


    Additional Preferred experience:

    Salesforce NPSP, Salesforce Data loader, Salesforce Approval Processes, Salesforce API to integrate data with other systems, Implementing Apex Triggers.


    Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

    Implementation :

    Support the implementation of the Salesforce Service Cloud Non-Profit Success Pack as well as Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the designated teams, working with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.


    Monitoring and Reporting:
    Production and Sandbox environments for critical issues and deploy Salesforce updates and seasonal releases to both environments. Ensure the system's health. Escalate issues to the appropriate internal or external support teams.

    Team and Organization Collaboration:


    Oversee all user and license management and work with other Salesforce Administrators to develop an optimized Salesforce instance and provide ongoing user training to ensure all stakeholders use Salesforce correctly.

    Maintain standardized operation procedures.

    Technical & Individual Skills:
    Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, non-technical staff, and all levels of management.
    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with minimal direction.
    Ability to learn new software and applications independently.
    Superior organizational and time management to meet deadlines.
    Attentive to detail while able to see broader scope of work.
