- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-3 years mechanical experience
- 2-3 years experience performing repairs on Trailer Bodies
- Personal Set of Tools, preferred
- Efficiently complete Trailer Structural Repairs
- Box Truck and Trailer Roof Replacements
- Replace Trailer Panels and Sheet Metal
- Repair wood/metal flooring in Trailers
- Repair Trailer Undercarriage
- Repair Brake System and Axles on Trailers
- Diagnose and repair Trailer electrical system issues
- Diagnose and repair Trailer refrigeration system issues
- The physical activity while performing the duties of this job regularly require the employee to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear or see, stoop, crouch and kneel.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
- The employee must have manual dexterity sufficient to work with hands and fingers
- Visual requirements include, close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Well lighted area with constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
