Job Summary

Langan is seeking aCyber Security Analystto join its collaborative team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key function inthe protection and security of Langan's network and information systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to serve firm-wide as an information security subject matter expert on various security initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with planning, implementation, and maintenance of the Firm's comprehensive enterprise-wide security program;
Collaborate with the Chief Information Officer, Director of Infrastructure and Cyber Security Engineer to plan and establish information security policies and develop cybersecurity strategies;
Continuously monitorLangan's IT infrastructure and identifyways to enhance the company's network security;
Communicatewith end users and relevant disciplines and departments in the organization concerning cyber security threats, notifications and performance;
Conductend user security awareness training and testing;
Assistwith business continuity and incident response process;
Researchemerging trends and security technologies; and
Performother duties as requested.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar discipline required,Master's degree in Cyber Security preferred;
Hands-on experience in a cyber security internship or similar role;
Knowledge of security industry standards and best practices;
Strong technical knowledge of cyber security tools, protocols, and standards;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
Aptitude for problem solving with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;
Excellent technical writing, documentation, and presentation skills;
Ability to multi-task effectively; and
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
