    Member Engagement and Communications Coordinator

    The Member Engagement and Communications Specialist at The Gathering Spot will play a pivotal role in enhancing our members' experience and maintaining strong, effective communication channels. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about fostering community engagement and skilled in administrative and communication tasks.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Email Management and Response: Oversee and promptly respond to all inquiries received through email inboxes, contact forms, and member feedback channels, ensuring high-quality member service.Member Engagement Promotion: Proactively send reminders and promote engagement initiatives, such as circles, retention dinners, and other member-centric events.Communication of Refund Decisions: Effectively communicate decisions regarding refund requests to members, maintaining clarity and member satisfaction.Billing and Payment Process Assistance: Assist in the monthly bill run process, including overseeing charge execution and addressing any related issues.Cancellation Request Follow-Up: Engage with members who have submitted cancellation requests, understanding their concerns and exploring potential retention strategies.Membership Surveys and Communication: Create and dispatch surveys or other engagement communications to gather member feedback and improve the membership experience.Welcome and Onboarding Support: Send welcome communications to new members and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and welcoming introduction to the club.
