Neu Appliance Wholesale specializes in B2B sales of truckloads of liquidation type (Scratch & Dent) appliances to retail stores nationwide. We have a very strong reputation in our very niche industry.

We sell bulk lots of liquidation appliances like:
- Scratch & Dent Appliances
- Customer Return Appliances
- Salvage Appliances
- Neu Processed Appliances
and more products that fuel the scratch and dent appliance store industry.
Our Process
Our industry leading website has many features that sets us apart in our industry. Our Sales Executive's journey starts when new customers register for an account (to purchase) .
Onboarding
Our products are not a hard sell, we sell through customer education not through pushy sales tactics. We learn about our member's business and their needs and align them with our supply if it matches their needs.
Adding Value
We form relationships with our members and help them succeed in their retail environment. We maintain a personal relationship with our members while adding value along the way. We harvest information from our experts on staff and provide this value to our members .

In todays sales and marketing world, content is king.
Expect to be on camera often. Its part of our sales strategy.
No acting or video editing skills needed - our videographers and editors do all the heavy lifting.
Topics and scripting will be handled by your role, we will make it professional. Video lets us reach the masses, efficiently, whether used on an email blast to our current members one of our many podcasts or to reach prospects on our social media page. Our video content is a major part of what we do.
Our Customers
We sell to a wide variety of businesses and individuals across North America (US, Mexico + Canada). Our most common group of customers are Scratch and Dent Appliances stores, followed by furniture stores and discount stores. Any business that can retail appliances is our customer
Seeking an Impactful Sales and Marketing Leader
Our Needs
We are seeking a Sales manager with excellent sales leadership skills to build a top tier sales team in our very niche industry. We have built all the tools needed to be successful in our industry. We now need the right individual to take the reins and lead us to success.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Sales experience
- B2B Sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs
Your Objectives
Sales and Marketing Objectives
Objective #1
6 Month Goal - Inbound Traffic
Our first objective is to build and evolve a proper onboarding funnel for those already signed up (and signing up) to purchase.
You will strategize and implement an onboarding process for these new members, creating impactful touchpoints and engagements to drive sales and increase our customers' success with our products.
This may include:
- Email Drip campaigns
- Social media campaigns
- Customer Video calls
- Customer Onsite facility tours
- CRM systems
- Meetings at customers' retail locations
You will establish our company's process to foster deep relationships with our customers to maximize repeat sustainable business.
Sales and Marketing Objectives
Objective #2
1 Year Goal - Outbound Traffic
Our second objective is to turn our sales and marketing efforts outbound. Given our niche market, our customer base is easy to find, easy to talk to and most know our name and high quality. You will create and deploy an outbound B2B sales and Marketing strategy to our future customers.
Requirements
- Meet all deadlines, objectives and sales targets
- Develop, implement and evolve strategic sales plans
- Manage key accounts and build strong client relationships
- Maximize efficiency with outbound and inbound sales strategies including: email campaigns, phone sales strategies calls, in-person meetings (travel), mail advertisements, and other strategies
- Maximize repeat business with existing clients
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and contracts
- Strategize and manage social media pages, including Facebook and other platforms
- Conduct outside sales visits to foster new business relationships
Compensation
This is an uncapped commission role supported by a base salary. We expect the right candidate to be a long term key player in our company and invest their time to build a valuable sales pipeline. As our Sales manager you will make a commission on every sale made by you or your team.
Salary: $75,000/ Year + Commission
If you earn less than $100k in your first year, you would not be meeting expectations.
You will be responsible for building and improving your own processes and systems. We will support you along the way.
