The Customer Delivery Specialist is the final and most visible step of the customer experience.This role combines professional CDL driving with hands-on service.
It goes beyond moving a trailer from point A to point B — this person represents Nationwide Trailers at job sites, businesses, and homes where customers often have never visited a store or met their sales consultant face-to-face.
