Job Description

Ensures all project are implemented in accordance with the design and responds timely to questions related to field conditions

Develop and/or review electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts

Lead day to day Design (where applicable) and construction management of significant elements of IBMS and electrical interface works on projects, including procurement, installation, and commissioning

Oversees, scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion

Oversees Job Start and Project Closeout materials

Requirements:

5 plus years of experience in the electrical construction field

Good with Procore, Bluebeam, etc

MUST be local to Las Vegas

Good leadership and computer skills
