    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in call center management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker fluent in managing HR functions within a fast-paced, multicultural call center environment. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement, and maintaining high labor compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implemented and oversaw HR processes, including but not limited to attendance tracking, overtime and holiday management, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.
    • Manage disciplinary proceedings and conflict resolution proactively, aiming to resolve issues before they escalate.
    • Conduct regular engagement initiatives such as pulse checks, activities, retention strategies, and cultural events to boost team morale and align with the organization's values.
    • Facilitate training programs for managers and team leads focusing on effective people management, communication strategies, and HR best practices.
    • Provide bilingual support to accommodate a diverse workforce, enhancing communication and understanding across the team.
    • Work rotationally to cover different shifts each week, ensuring HR support is available to all employees regardless of their working hours.

    Requirements

    • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with specific experience in managing call center environments.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and effective management of concerns and disciplinary actions.
    • Proven track record of improving employee engagement and retention through innovative initiatives.
    • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to align HR strategies with the team's culture.
    • Bilingual proficiency is preferred to support a diverse workforce.
    • Ability to work flexibly and rotationally, covering various shifts throughout the week.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage HR processes, including timesheeting, payroll inputs, and training essentials
