Production Painter - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Caterpillar seeks a Production Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment for powder coating.
• Masking, shot blasting, and pre-treatment related to painting.
• Painting and coating parts while maintaining equipment in excellent working condition.

The ideal candidate must possess strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to maintain safety protocols within a fast-paced production environment.
Key responsibilities include reading blueprints/engineering drawings to ensure accurate part completion.
