- Enhance your clinical skills by caring for complex patients at their homes.
- Conduct 5-6 visits daily across the region, focusing on personalized care for each patient.
- Provide skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care as per individual care plans, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
- Assess clients, educate patients and their families, and monitor patient progress.
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Prior experience in home health.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to provide compassionate and reliable patient care.
- Commitment to working 10-12 shifts monthly.
- Must have OASIS experience, HCHB experience is a plus.
- Salary based on experience – around $80 per point for regional float RN role.
- Start of Care (SOC) visits = 2.5 points.

Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA believes in providing top-notch healthcare by offering care in the comfort of people's homes, where they feel most at ease.
Be part of our float nursing pool to create a schedule that suits your needs. We are currently looking for skilled Registered Nurse (RN) candidates to join our float nursing pool in the Philadelphia area and nearby locations.
This role offers you the flexibility to work 10-12 shifts monthly, conducting home health visits with patients in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties. Plus, you'll receive a premium rate differential and mileage reimbursement.
