Centex Construction, is seeking an experiencedProject Manager for a variety of projects in the San Antonio, TX area. Must have experience in all phases of construction improvements, including interior and exterior renovations. Multi-housing experience is required.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

Required

Scheduling and managing interior and exterior renovations and other multi-family projects

Writing estimates for projects

Ability and eagerness to work with highly driven team to get projects complete

Hands on and job site experience

Experience working in occupied areas

Ability to work efficiently

Must be self-directed and meet deadlines

Ability to schedule and direct multiple subcontractors in the field

Ability to problem solve and track job costs

Quality workmanship and integrity

Must have good communication skills to interact with community managers, inspectors, architects, etc.

Computer literate

Strong sense of urgency

Knowledge of OSHA laws

Client oriented

We offer a competitive salary. Candidate must have a valid TX driver's license and reliable transportation (1/2 ton truck).
