Job Summary:

Performs medication order entry and verification and clarifies and/or resolves issues with any aspect of medication as necessary.

  • Completes clinical pharmacy interventions and monitoring
  • Provides education to staff and patients as necessary
  • Serves on various committees including but not limited to: Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee.
