Job summary
The Lifeguard Trainer is responsible for assisting the Aquatics Directors and Aquatics Leadership Team with scheduling, evaluating, and training new and current lifeguard candidates,- teaching courses to cross over candidates with non-YMCA certifications,
- teaching HSI Suite Certification courses,
- and teaching re-certification classes.
