Summary of Role:
Strategic Business Operations role responsible for the budgeting & monthly analysis of our World Wide R&D Operating expense.

Lead multiple projects with world wide technology, finance and other organizations to streamline, digitalize and reduce waste in our processes and systems.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develops, Implements and maintains the financial budgets and monthly close for the organization utilizing deep PowerBi and Anaplan systems
• Monitors financial performance through analyzing and reporting variances to forecasts
• Conducts significant ad-hoc analysis to ensure the best corporate decisions are made to achieve operational and financial objectives
• Increases organizational productivity by working with internal partners to develop repeatable business processes
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed
• Create and Present analysis and forecasts to top executives in our business

Required Qualifications:

• Education - Bachelor's in Business or Engineering Required
• Experience - Minimum 5 Years in Semiconductor or related industry.
• Skills - Project Management, Business acumen, leadership
• Travel - Up to 10%
• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Certification
• Experience with Anaplan
• Experience wiPowerBi

Expected Salary Range
$82, $146,300.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
