- Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Utilize CAM software to generate and modify programs
- Perform in-process and final inspections using CMM equipment
- Make tooling adjustments and offsets as needed
- Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and shop procedures
- CNC programming and setup experience (required)
- CAM software experience (required)
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) experience (required)
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced machine shop environment
- Experience operating both CNC mills and lathes
- Experience with Mazak CNC machines
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
