- Assist the Division Controller with monthly analysis and internal reporting of financial statements
- Perform reconciliations, journal entries, analysis, and reporting for assigned entities
- Review departmental overheads during month-end close process and provide commentary on significant variances
- Collaborate with the land development team to establish and maintain budgets
- Support internal and external auditors when required
- Participate in the preparation and review of annual budgets and quarterly updates
- Undertake any other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in homebuilding, land development, or construction
- Experience with finance and accounting systems and software
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting, especially in the construction industry
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Excel and job cost-related software
- Familiarity or past experience in production homebuilding or land development
- Good standing credit report
- Office or non-manual work related to management or general business operations
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant matters
- Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information electronically
- Engage in face-to-face interactions with customers, colleagues, and managers
- Capability to sit or stand for elongated periods and move within the work environment
- Possess a valid driver's license if required
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Stationary position up to 50% of the time
- Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
