Responsibilities:
Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with real estate agents and various other referral partnersAttend sales meetings and networking business functions to promote brand awarenessManage accounts and expand business relationshipsPresent strategies and training to our referral partners for increasing salesResearch the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand businessWork closely with Social Media team in creation of digital and social media marketing content to increase businessPotential to manage team of mortgage professionals, including sales and operations supportQualifications:Strong personal and business relationship skills with the ability to quickly build rapportProven track record of success with 10+ years of experience in a mortgage sales or mortgage business development positionExperience with Mortgage Purchase market and marketing techniquesExperience and ability to develop new relationshipsWorking knowledge of the sales process, CRM software, preferably Velocify, and working knowledge of Encompass is helpfulPreferred bachelors degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Excel helpfulAbility to travel as neededExcellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
