    VP of FP&A Job Description

    Hartco is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our financial planning, analysis, and forecasting efforts. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this individual will play a critical role in driving business performance, profitability, growth, market insights, and cost savings across the organization.

    • Drive development of rolling financial forecasts for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
    • Lead operating plan management and tracking against performance with recommendations for adjustments based on data analysis.
    • Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, accounting departments to extract information for company benefits.

    The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills using BI tools reporting software as well as advanced Excel PowerPoint proficiency experience working ERP CRM Business Intelligence solutions managing multiple projects prioritizing deadlines identifying assessing technology advancements providing value productivity Company."
