    Job OverviewThis position is responsible for overseeing, processing the maintenance work requests generated by clinics and maintenance staff as well as dispatching maintenance technicians to correct the problem(s).

    Coordinate Facility related renovation, preventive maintenance and site vendor items with Facilities staff and sites. Also serves as the initial point of contact with the vendor regarding the maintenance management software.
    Minimum Requirements1. High school diploma plus a minimum of three years of experience in an administrative capacity required. Associate's degree or technical certificate preferred.
