- The Global Program Manager (GPM) serves as the main point of contact for qualified accounts, responsible for ensuring overall program health, governance, and identifying growth opportunities.
- The GPM collaborates with key stakeholders in their assigned accounts to establish short and long-term objectives aligned with the Trax Value Pyramid, using KPIs and metrics to measure program success and make necessary adjustments.
- Success is measured by meeting specific KPI targets, preventing revenue churn, and driving overall account growth through effective collaboration with the sales team.
- The GPM advocates for customers internally, conducts regular business reviews, and ensures contractual obligations are met.
- Effective Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication with operational and strategic stakeholders.
- Organizational and Prioritization skills for Account Management activities.
- Understanding of Metrics, KPIs, and ROI to evaluate customer health and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong Governance abilities to ensure program compliance and alignment with customer requirements.
- Lead the development of Account Plans, manage business reviews, and collaborate on growth strategies.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, establish strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Monitor issues, drive product adoption, and support change management efforts.
- Provide leadership to operations teams for customer support and program improvement.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management, logistics, and supply chain.
- 2+ years of sales and account management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer meetings, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong sense of accountability, project management skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
