- Provides daily research support for all assigned research projects and related activities.
- Assists in developing research support procedures and policies.
- Provides liaison with other campus-wide offices and external research collaborators as necessary to coordinate research efforts.
- Conducts computerized and on-line research as needed to support ongoing and future research projects.
- Performs assigned medical and law library research assignments and prepares written report summaries.
- Assists in research, analysis, and writing of assigned reports to support other research staff members.
- A B.A. or B.S. degree in an appropriate discipline, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant research experience.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Word.
- Sit, stand, bend, reach, walk for long periods of time in office setting
- Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. frequently
- Use of steps, stairs, lifts routinely
- Regularly exposed to healthcare setting that may require personal protective equipment
- Requires manual dexterity to operate computer keyboard, calculator, copier machine, and other equipment
