**Marketing Manager Role at Insight Global**

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies for a car rental client in Queens, NY. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, increasing lead generation, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan using online and offline channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, print, radio, and TV advertising, events, and sponsorships.
Plan and execute effective product launches and event marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify target customers and develop marketing strategies to attract and retain them, including customer loyalty programs and referral programs.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, using data and insights to continuously improve performance.
Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and visuals that align with the brand and target audience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the automotive industry or retail preferred.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans.
Solid understanding of marketing metrics, data analysis, and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
