    Child Care Program Specialist

    We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all aspects of education, curriculum, and activities for our students. As a program specialist, you will help bring our school up to the standards of Texas Rising Star requirements, ensure compliance within classrooms, and assist in setting up classrooms accordingly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Organize programs and lesson plans for students under your supervision.
    • Utilize programs that meet state minimums and standards.
    • Order and manage supplies for classrooms based on chosen curriculum standards.
    • Train staff based on chosen curriculum and program guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • Meet state-specific guidelines and hold any applicable certifications.
    • Experience working directly with children in a Texas Rising Star Program with a 4-Star rating.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and families to ensure a positive learning experience.

    Description:

    A Child Care Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring educational excellence and creating a fun and engaging environment for students.
