    The RoleAs a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class wealth management experience for the company's advisors and clients.

    As a foundational member of the Finance team, you will report to the Director of Finance and will own accounting and payables.

    This person will assist in building the accounting and control function, developing how they present their financial statements, implementing new ERP software, and implementing accounting principles with regard to revenue and cost recognition as they expand their product set.

    As a member of their Centralized Finance team, this is an opportunity to have a huge impact not just on the company, but on the entire wealthtech industry.

    ResponsibilitiesAssist with month-end closing tasks, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
    Develop and maintain company accounting policies and procedures.
    Stay current with the latest accounting principles and compliance standards.
    Run Accounts PayableRequired QualificationsBachelor's DegreeAt least 4 years of accounting, finance, or other relevant experienceCPAPreferred QualificationsNetSuite experienceFinancial Services experience or audit of financial services firms is a big plusOperating experience as a Senior accountant reporting to a ControllerExperience with or interest in learning about accounting principles in the banking/financial services sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
