    We are looking for an organized, multitasking, Medical Office Receptionist to join our team full-time. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun. You must ensure exceptional customer service.

    This position is primarily responsible for providing secretarial support in an ABA clinic, including scheduling appointments, confidential records filing, answering phone calls.

    The office is quite busy; at any given time, you may be checking in anxious parents and their children, tending to phones, and faxes, collecting necessary intake forms, and ensuring it is all done with a smile and accuracy.
    • Work at the front desk Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:30 pm. (Saturday Overtime Opportunity)
    • Receptionist duties (answer phones, send/receive faxes, client check-in/out).
    • Client Intake Procedures: schedule assessments and appointments.
    • Purchasing duties (Stock office supplies).
    • Cleaning Duties (keep lobby and conference room clean and orderly).
    • Plan Monthly Client Field Trips (accept permissions slips, arrange transportation).
    • Staff Onboarding (prepare locker/uniforms)
    • Assist in Event Planning for clients (make arrangements for Monthly Community Workshops, Quarterly Autism Community Social Events).

    Qualifications:
    • BLS / CPR certification.
    • No criminal background.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Office 365
    • Proficiency with PDF documents
    • Ideally, bilingual (English and Spanish).
    • Customer service experience
    • Working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
    • Previous experience with verification of eligibility and benefits, referrals, and pre-authorizations
