- 3+ Years Project Management Experience in the Construction Industry or Electrical Industry is preferred
- Facilitate the design of labor plans and manpower loading schedules and review weekly reports for productivity.
- Develop and manage high level strategic planning of the labor force.
- Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, maximize production and enhance customer relations.
- Ensure quality of work and address any problems or issues related to the project.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, contractors, and other business partners with the objective to secure consistent business.
- Ability to prioritize, and execute multiple tasks effectively with a proven track record of success in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work in a team setting and be a motivating leader.
- Experience with Electrical Estimating programs and Microsoft Word & Excel (Accubid, McCormick, ConEst).
- This is full time office-based position (not a remote position). It will require visits to our job sites on a daily/weekly basis.
