    CSI is looking for an experienced IT System Specialist that will support CSI's information technology services, support and IT infrastructure.

    This position allows you to perform diverse activities within the IT team and be a part of a company whose employees are fully engaged in our culture, committed to excellence and willing to learn, grow and develop skills.


    Duties will include:
    Assist in integration of CSI systems, network, security and applications providing end user support and working with vendors.
    Assist team in monitoring and maintaining physical and virtual servers.
    Monitor Helpdesk tickets and assist users to solve technical issues.
    Support off-site users with VPN connection and access as needed.
    Assist team in monitoring backups and replication software and equipment.
    Establish strong working relationships with technology team members.
    Assist team in monitoring and maintaining CSI network infrastructure.
    Provide support for the ongoing IT projects related to maintaining a strong, secure IT infrastructure.

    Salary:
    $60,000 - $70,000 Annually, depending on experience

    Education/Training
    Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience, required
    Technical Certifications (as relevant)
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
    Excellent interpersonal / relationship management skills
    Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills

    Experience
    3+ years of experience in IT support role, required; 5 years, preferred
    Knowledge of network architecture, interrelationships between systems, operating modes configuration, topology, and protocols
    Ability to gather facts and use effective analytical and evaluative methods to assess information, plan the sequence of actions necessary, make sound decisions, and solve a variety of network problems
    Ability to maintain an up-to-date awareness of technological advances and Cyber Security
    Knowledge of IT technical standards and system design approaches and knowledge of the subject matter work processes and terminology in the assigned area
    Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures among hardware and software vendors
    Experience with MacOS, preferred.


    This position requires the ability to interact with employees verbally and in writing, remain in a stationary position for 80% of the workday, have close visual acuity, and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy/fax/scan machine, computer keyboard and mouse with or without reasonable accommodation.

    This position also requires the ability to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
