Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician in the Sidney, Ohio area. This is a direct-hire position with a starting pay of $27-$37 per hour, depending upon experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing machinery and facilities
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs
Document maintenance activities
Assist in taking apart, repairing, and rebuilding of production machinery
Assist in moving of machinery, installing and changing of equipment
Perform PM's on equipment

Experience Needed:

At least 3 years of recent manufacturing maintenance experience
A Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred
Experience diagnosing PLC issues
Mechanical experience including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, and machine rebuilds
Electrical experience including motors, AC/DC drives, motor controls, and wiring
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
Utilization of CMMS maintenance programs
