Job summary
We are seeking a senior consultant to join our growing AI and Data practice with a dedicated focus on Evaluation Measurement & Verification of utility energy efficiency and demand side management programs. Key responsibilities include owning project workstreams adhering to established budgets and schedules collecting cleaning and organizing data from diverse sources developing reproducible high-quality code applying regression statistical modelling techniques supporting client deliverables collaborating with team members ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum THREE (3) years of relevant energy industry or energy consulting experience Or Master's degree and Minimum ONE (1) year of relevant course work internships/coops or fellowships
- Demonstrated proficiency in one or several programming languages such as R Python SQL Experience with version control such as through GitHub Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization tools e.g. R Shiny Dash PowerBI Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheets databases word processing slide presentation software Academic or professional experience with one or several AI software CoPilot ChatGPT Gemini Claude Tireless attention to detail in all prior experience analytical critical thinking problem-solving skills High degree of self-confidence determination ability to self-teach Inquisitive nature desire for continuous improvement Ability to collaborate part of team independently Manage multiple tasks simultaneously prioritize plan activities while meeting respective deadlines
