    Description


    As an Office Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our Clark employees, clients, and visitors.

    You will coordinate activities, including redirecting phone calls and distributing correspondence. Multitasking and managing workload in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
    ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for the Clark workplace experience.

    Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.

    Manage office visitor calendar.

    Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsProvide general information to callers about the companyEnsure the reception area is tidy and presentableCreate and manage our employee and visitor badgesReceives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

    Accept catering orders and contact appropriate parties.
    Conference room coordination.
    Coordinate vendors on site.
    Manage reception area, client-facing conference room, and guest refreshment center.

    Control parking validations for Bethesda and McLean officesProcess payments in our Coupa procurement systemHelp with expense reclassificationManage Brookfield reservation and facility request system.

    Track various items including budgets, vendor COIs, and other facility-related items.

    Other duties as assignedBasic QualificationsProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Suite experience is a plusProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeReliableAbility to anticipate needs of the officeAlignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: Self-Motivated, Results Oriented, Adaptable, Team Player, Accountable, Ethical, Innovative, Resilient, Builds Relationships, Builds People / Teams & Followership, Sets Direction & ExecutesPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk.
